Los Pinos de Aloha has an electric gated entrance right opposite the well renowned Aloha Golf Club.  This development is very residential and has a real sense of community – very friendly and in a great location.  There is the international Aloha College just across the road from Los Pinos, and a Spanish state school at the bottom of the hill – which is in the process of enlarging to allow for a senior school.  There is an international driving range near to this school which is very popular with adults and children alike.

Los Pinos has a variety of accommodations from 2 bed apartments, duplex penthouses and also triplex apartments (which are similar to a townhouse) – there are many communal pools here, each having an uncatered bar/fridge/bbq area for residents to us.  An extremely popular community for families as very child friendly and also very near to the schools available in the area.

The properties are Andalucian in style, but inside can be very modern and contemporary – dependant on personal choices of owners.  Very safe and secure, some properties with garages are available.

Los Pinos de Aloha is a short drive into Puerto Banus, right in the golf valley, so there are several championship courses to choose from.  Marbella centre is 10 minutes’ drive away from Los Pinos, and there are a variety of amenities – shops/bars/restaurants within a short drive.
